Sports Report: The Braves returned to action on Wednesday night for their second game of the Lion’s Club Tournament, facing off against Vandalia. Thanks to an outstanding defensive effort, the Braves jumped out to an early lead, finishing the first quarter with a commanding 17-2 advantage. However, the second quarter mirrored Monday’s struggles, as the Braves had difficulty finding their shot and managed to score only one point. Fortunately, their defense remained stout, limiting Vandalia to just two points and preserving their lead. The second half resembled the dominant play of the first quarter. The Braves continued to tighten their grip on the game, ultimately securing a 39-10 victory. Landon Glenn had a standout performance, leading the team with 6 rebounds and 3 steals, while Kolton Cachera orchestrated the offense with 5 assists. The Braves will return to the court on Friday for the Championship game, with tip-off set for 8:00 PM.
